This was a 10 star experience!!! If you want to see a side of Puerto Vallarta you CAN'T from the resort, if you want to see fish - and potentially turtles!!! - in their natural habitats, you NEED to do this excursion. I booked Nakawe Adventures for September originally and unfortunately our plans to visit PV were postponed. I reached out to the host of the event, Brian, and he was always friendly and accommodating. When I explained the situation - how Airbnb doesn't allow the trip to be canceled, but we planned to reschedule not far into the future - Brian immediately promised he'll accommodate our new date. We stayed in touch, and as promised, he was able to honor our reservation on our new dates. He didn't ask for any additional fees to be paid. Our assigned guide was Carlos, and I hope future groups are lucky enough to have him. Carlos guided us through the waters by pointing out history of hotels, PV culture, how the city has changed, he pointed out famous filmed locations. He spoke fluent English, so communicating with him via SMS before the trip was hassle-free and he answered any of our questions about his experience living in PV. As for the snorkeling experience itself, you get a a mask, snorkel, life jacket, and flippers. Other tours were in the area, but it wasn't crowded. Not every tour, from what I saw, provided flippers. Though optional to use, I appreciated we got them, because it made swimming against the current far easier (I've gone on trips where flippers aren't provided, and it can be exhausting to swim back to the boat if you were pushed out by the current). We got to see a natural cave that you can swim through. There were tons of variety of fish swimming on their own or in schools. However, the biggest surprise was seeing a turtle. I wish we could've spent more time exploring, the time in the water flew by. A waterproof case is a must so you can capture some photos of the fish! Thank you for the great experience for our small group!

The authentic brunch and tequila tasting is a must if you are new or a returning visitor to PV. You will enjoy a walk around town learning about the history and meaning behind many of the landmarks, then enjoy a very authentic brunch and a little flea market shopping. Then you wrap up with tequila tasting at Oscar’s which is fabulous!

We had a great time on our jet ski tour! The sights were beautiful and it felt both exciting and safe. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun activity on the water.

Great sailing and taco tour experience with Brian and Andres! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable of Puerto Vallarta and will provide you with excellent recommendations. Brian will also provide you with photos of the excursion if requested, makes for great memories with friends and family. What a great paddle out to Los Arcos. Our guide Roberto was very professional yet still made us feel comfortable and relaxed. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and we appreate his sharing with us. Snorkeling was fantastic as we were able to see many species of fish in the water. I recommend this tour to anyone not afraid to have “salty feet”. Mahalo🤙🏾

Most amazing experience. I highly recommend the paddleboarding excursion, it was my first time ever paddleboarding and it was a great time. Next time I make it back to the PV area I will be booking more excursions with this company.

We had a wonderful time during our tour with Nakawe adventures. Brian and staff were great and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. The cove where we snorkeled was perfect, clear and calm water. And lunch in Yelapa was delicious, I would highly recommend including this in your tour. These tours are a must if you're visiting Vallarta!
